Junior CNC Programmer for Stone Fabrication

Location: Caledon East

As a full-time, entry-level programmer, you will assist in converting approved drawings into machine programs. Candidates should have a post-secondary education in CNC programming or related experience. You will engage in various tasks, including preparing DXF files and coordinating with machine operators. Our structured training ensures you’re well-equipped for success in the stone fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and prepare DXF files for production

• Post and develop CNC programs for machinery

• Define cutting paths for various stone applications

• Check slab availability before program release

• Work with operators to resolve programming issues

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in CNC, CAD, or mechanical technology

• Ability to interpret shop drawings

• Familiarity with CAD and DXF formats

• Must have your own transportation

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
