This full-time CNC Programmer role supports programming maintenance and troubleshooting in an increasingly automated environment. You will manage design rules, customized templates, machine programming, and model functionality. The work connects programming with manufacturing, quality, cost, speed, and safety priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage CAD/CAM design rules, models, and customized programming templates
- Perform troubleshooting across numerical control equipment
- Ensure closed-loop programming processes and feedback
- Prepare documentation for new and modified jobs
- Monitor programming rules with engineering teams
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field preferred
- Approximately three or more manufacturing environment years
- Advanced CAD/CAM and verification software skills
- Understanding of GD&T, G&M codes, machines, and controls
- Ability to work rotating shift schedules and commute to Bolton
