Quality Assurance Supervisor in Food Manufacturing

Location: Bolton

Elevate quality standards as a QA Supervisor in the food manufacturing sector. This role involves overseeing compliance, audits, and quality assurance activities to ensure regulatory adherence at the site level.

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Supervisor with experience in food manufacturing or co-packing environments. You will manage quality support requests, act as a key contact for customer inquiries, and support ISO registration as required. Your expertise will enhance our quality system while improving compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the audit process for quality system compliance

• Support and maintain high standards of ISO registration

• Analyze product specifications for regulatory adherence

• Manage hiring, training, and development of associates

• Prepare and maintain management reports in collaboration with QA management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years relevant experience

• Preferably certified in quality control (e.g., RAC, Six-Sigma)

• Experience in regulated environments such as FDA, Health Canada

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in quality systems

• Strong analytical and communication skills
