This role reports to the Site Q&FS Manager, focusing on food safety risk management, HACCP implementation, and regulatory compliance. With a BS degree in a technical field and 2-3 years of relevant experience, you will lead initiatives that ensure product safety while meeting internal and external standards. Your innovative problem-solving skills will enable you to make crucial decisions in a high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and training for food safety standards

• Act as a technical resource for compliance and safety

• Manage HACCP Food Safety plans and validations

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for food safety incidents

• Track and communicate food safety KPIs

Requirements:

• BS in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field

• 2-3 years in quality and food safety management

• Lead Auditor and HACCP training required

• Experience in Food or Pet Food Manufacturing

• Strong analytical and communication skills
