Quality Control Technician

Join Green Infrastructure Partners as a Quality Control Technician in Caledon, Ontario. Perform field testing and inspections to ensure high standards across construction projects in the GTA.

This role involves inspecting and testing materials like asphalt, aggregates, soils, and concrete. You will maintain accurate records, assist with equipment maintenance, and follow safety protocols. Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to address any non-conformances during inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field testing and inspections of construction materials

• Maintain records of testing activities accurately

• Assist in laboratory testing when required

• Follow safety policies and procedures strictly

• Communicate findings and deviations to supervisors

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Civil/Construction Engineering Technology (asset)

• Problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities

• Valid G driver’s license and clean abstract

• Ability to perform heavy lifting over 25 kg

• Willingness to travel and work extended hours
