Quality Control Technician in GTA

Join Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Quality Control Technician in Caledon, Ontario, supporting construction projects across the Greater Toronto Area. Ensure quality standards through field testing and inspections of materials.

In this crucial role, you will assist the Quality/Project Manager or Field Supervisor by performing hands-on inspections and testing of asphalt, aggregates, soils, and concrete. Your attention to detail will shine through maintaining accurate records and caring for testing equipment. Flexibility is key, as you'll be traveling for remote projects in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field inspection and testing of construction materials

• Sample, core, and test materials for compaction

• Maintain records of all testing activities

• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment

• Complete reports and checklists per company policy

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Civil/Construction Engineering Technology is a plus

• Valid G driver’s license; clean driving record

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to perform heavy lifting (>25kg)

• Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
