Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to define merchandising strategies

• Participate in product line reviews and planning status meetings

• Share insights with US and Mexico Visual Merchandising teams

• Develop visual concepts for displays and signage

• Present proof-of-concept bay sets prior to rollout

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

• 2-3 years in a visual merchandising role

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong influencing and communication skills

• Familiarity with design tools like Illustrator and Photoshop is beneficial
