Elevate customer experiences as a Visual Merchandiser with The Home Depot Canada. This role entails the development and execution of dynamic merchandising strategies to enhance retail environments.

The Home Depot is looking for a skilled Visual Merchandiser to enhance our customer journey through innovative in-store presentations.

Your role will involve working closely with various internal teams to create effective merchandising strategies that resonate with customers. By joining our team, you’ll play a key role in visual communication and project execution across the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with multiple departments to drive merchandising strategies

• Attend and contribute to product line review meetings

• Collaborate with international merchandising colleagues

• Translate customer experiences into engaging visual concepts

• Develop merchandising standards and guidelines for the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience

• 2-3 years visual merchandising experience in retail

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities

• Experience with design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
