Position: Visual Merchandiser at The Home Depot

Elevate in-store experiences as a Visual Merchandiser at The Home Depot in Bolton, Ontario. This role focuses on innovative merchandising strategies and enhancing visual presentation across the store.

The Home Depot Canada seeks a Visual Merchandiser to lead creative merchandising initiatives and signage projects. You will collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and cross-functional teams while sharing best practices with US and Mexico counterparts. The goal is to drive sales through compelling visual concepts and informed product presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams for cohesive project execution

• Attend product line reviews and planning meetings regularly

• Collaborate with US and Mexico teams for optimal standards

• Translate customer experiences into effective visual concepts

• Review proof-of-concept bay sets with leadership prior to rollout

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of visual merchandising experience in retail

• 2 years of project management experience preferred

• Proficient in Windows, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
