Position: Merchandising Specialist at The Home Depot
Location: Bolton

Join The Home Depot in Bolton, Ontario, as a Merchandising Specialist focused on visual display and merchandising innovation. Engage in cross-functional collaboration to enhance store presentations.

In this role, you'll develop and communicate effective merchandising strategies while working closely with various departments. The ideal candidate will partner with Merchandising and eComm teams to drive timely project milestones and translate key customer experiences into engaging visual concepts. Your creativity will directly impact product visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to implement merchandising strategies across departments

• Stay aligned with project goals through regular meetings

• Identify and create impactful visual merchandising ideas

• Construct and present proof-of-concept displays to leadership

• Analyze competitive merchandising practices and feedback

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in a visual merchandising role

• 2 years of project management experience is an asset

• Proficient in Windows, including Excel and Power Point

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Knowledge of design tools like Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred
