Position Overview

What will you be doing?

• Create innovative and functional display designs, considering factors such as size, weight, and durability
• Develop and refine concepts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Test and optimize display prototypes at the Innovation Centre before final rollout
• Design visually compelling in-store displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and align with brand standards
• Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and category-specific merchandising strategies
• Ensure consistency and quality of visual merchandising across multiple store locations
• Coordinate installation and removal of displays, ensuring accurate execution
• Track performance of displays and continuously improve designs based on insights

Must haves:

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience (store-level exposure preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong understanding of retail trends, branding, and customer experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas to stakeholders
• Willingness to travel frequently to retail locations and competitor sites
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
