Join Advance Auto Parts as a Market Development Manager to lead sales initiatives and expand our Independent Business through strategic customer acquisition.
This role is pivotal for driving sales and requires you to identify new market opportunities while converting competitive prospects. You'll play a critical role in customer onboarding and enhancing store changeover processes. Your background in B2B sales and leadership will be critical as you work cross-functionally to align strategies with our organizational growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Expand sales by prospecting for new business and agreements
• Convert single-store and multi-store operator prospects
• Support effective onboarding and store transition processes
• Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
• Recruit new entrepreneurs into the CARQUEST store program
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 4+ in leadership
• Demonstrable ability to meet performance targets
• Strong analytical skills and CRM experience
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities
