Become part of STONEarch and Porcea Stone’s team as a Sales Assistant focused on architectural projects. This role emphasizes client coordination and project management within Ontario’s construction industry.
As a detail-oriented professional, you will coordinate sample requests, prepare quotations, and engage with architects and contractors to drive project success. Your contribution will ensure seamless communication and organization throughout all project phases, from inquiry to completion. This on-site full-time position offers a dynamic environment within the building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations for architects, designers, and builders
• Manage follow-ups on projects and samples
• Summarize key project information for review
• Schedule client calls and meetings
• Support sales and operations teams internally
Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional email and phone communication skills
• Experience in CRM systems is a plus
• Background in architecture, construction, or related fields
• Positive and proactive approach to client interactions
