Join the Innovation and Sustainability Team at Husky Technologies as an Injection Molding Software Validation Expert. You'll ensure software meets high technical and user-centric standards in industrial applications.
In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement robust testing methodologies for complex machinery software, particularly for injection molding machines. Your extensive knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems will play a crucial role in identifying validation gaps and shaping effective strategies. You'll also document findings meticulously and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute comprehensive software testing plans
• Standardize testing procedures to enhance quality and minimize defects
• Collaborate on design reviews to inform testing strategies
• Maintain thorough validation records and documentation
• Troubleshoot issues and analyze test results
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in testing mechanical systems
• BS or MS in a relevant engineering discipline
• Strong background in software testing methodologies
• Proficient in PLC programming with IEC 61131-3
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 protocols
