TransHelp Operator - Accessible Transit Driver

Support Mississauga's community as a Trans Help Accessible Transit Bus Driver. Engage in providing safe and courteous transportation services part-time.

Trans Help is filling 15 part-time Accessible Transit Bus Driver roles, working up to 30 hours per week. This position requires planning efficient routes, assisting passengers, and adhering to safety measures while demonstrating excellent communication skills. Previous experience in related fields is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log vehicle inspections and report issues promptly

• Use AVL system for real-time dispatch communication

• Drive passengers safely to their destinations

• Secure mobility aids for passengers as needed

• Maintain compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Vehicle Operator's permit (Classes B, C, E, or

F)

• High school education and six months of relevant experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Able to meet physical demands of the role

• Completion of required training and clear background checks
