Position: Equipment Associate Role at United Rentals

Take the lead as an Equipment Associate at United Rentals, focused on supporting branch operations through a variety of manual tasks and customer service excellence.

In this dynamic position, you'll check rental equipment for damage, inspect for safety compliance, and ensure cleanliness across the branch. Responsibilities include loading and unloading equipment as well as demonstrating equipment to customers. This role also provides you with a chance to ascend into career development programs, including Driver and Service Technician opportunities as you grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check for equipment damage and operational readiness

• Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness of units

• Load rental items and prepare for customer pickup

• Demonstrate equipment features and uses for clients

• Drive delivery truck as required for rentals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent necessary

• Valid driver’s license and good driving history

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to safety procedures

• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 45 lbs
