Join the transport industry as a Truck Driver Supervisor in Caledon, Ontario. This full-time position emphasizes team leadership and productivity enhancement in a dynamic work setting.
You will manage a diverse group of truck drivers, directly supervising day-to-day operations.
Your role involves resolving technical issues, guiding your team, and coordinating activities effectively. Training crew members and monitoring track operations are also integral parts of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and resolve work-related problems efficiently
• Oversee projects and provide technical and operational advice
• Coordinate training arrangements for team members
• Manage signal control panel operations effectively
• Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary (high) school education
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in supervision
• Strong leadership skills with 5-10 people
• Valid work authorization to work in Canada
• Permanent residency or valid work permit necessary
