Join UPS as a Part Time Data Entry Specialist to manage shipment and customer data accurately. Contribute to logistics with diligent record-keeping and efficient processing.
This role focuses on entering and maintaining operational data while supporting daily logistics and transportation activities. You'll work Monday to Friday from 6 pm to 11 pm, ensuring all records, manifests, and customs documentation comply with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data into UPS systems by deadlines
• Verify accuracy of shipment information
• Respond to internal inquiries promptly
• Support package processing operations efficiently
• Check and forward legal documentation as needed
Requirements:
• Proficient in English communication skills
• Attention to detail is essential
• Strong in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
• Able to lift up to 70lbs as necessary
