We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher with 2 to 5 years in LTL freight management. At Groupe Morneau, you will oversee deliveries and pickups, solving operational issues while ensuring smooth communication with drivers and clients. Master tools like Truck Mate and Isaac to keep operations efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly monitor operations for up-to-date driver statuses
• Update Truck Mate and Isaac systems with current information
• Address operational issues promptly
• Foster communication with drivers and clients
• Collaborate with various departments for seamless operations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Logistics or related field
• 2 to 5 years of dispatch experience
• Familiarity with Truck Mate and Isaac software
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Road Transportation regulations
