Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track deliveries and pickups continuously
• Enter data into Truck Mate and Isaac systems
• Resolve operational challenges as they occur
• Maintain smooth communication with drivers and clients
• Collaborate across operational departments to maximize efficiency
Requirements:
• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5 years of LTL freight dispatching
• Proficiency in Truck Mate and Isaac
• Superior organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of Road Transportation laws
