As part of the Yard Operations team, Loader Operators utilize front-end loaders to move vehicles within IAA facilities. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and effective communication. Responsibilities include routine inspections, maintaining inventory, and preparing vehicles for sale, all while ensuring operational smoothness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize front-end loaders for moving vehicles

• Load and unload trucks efficiently

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections

• Manage lot inventory of vehicles

• Document vehicle information and conduct light maintenance

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and high school diploma

• Upbeat demeanor for positive customer interactions

• Mechanical knowledge is a plus

• Preferably experienced with Volvo front-end loaders

• Strong teamwork skills essential for success
