Position: Inventory Control Coordinator at NFI

Become an integral part of NFI's warehouse team as an Inventory Control Coordinator. This role emphasizes inventory management, data accuracy, and meticulous record-keeping for smooth operations.

The Inventory Control Coordinator reports directly to the Inventory Control Manager and is responsible for maintaining and updating precise inventory records. You will perform daily tasks that ensure effective inventory management, investigate discrepancies, and collect vital warehouse activity data. Furthermore, your attention to detail is essential for tracking lost or damaged items and assisting other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records regularly

• Collect and track daily warehouse activity metrics

• Investigate inventory errors and implement corrections

• Print and distribute daily Putaway Reports

• Ensure confidentiality of inventory information

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year experience in inventory control

• Proficient in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
