Detailed Inventory Coordinator Position

Location: Bolton

Join our team as a Material Handling Coordinator, focusing on inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. This role is essential in enhancing material flow and reporting efficiency.

Reporting to the Material Handling Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining inventory systems and supporting various operational teams. Your responsibilities include conducting cycle counts, leading month-end inventory reconciliation, and collaborating closely with Procurement and Logistics. This position also emphasizes strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies

• Lead month-end inventory counts and reporting

• Track inventory in the ERP system

• Support the WMS barcode system maintenance

• Collaborate with multiple teams for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in inventory or warehouse roles

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management (asset)

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent multitasking abilities

• Proficient verbal and written English skills
