Material Handling Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Material Handling Coordinator to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations across our production facility. Reporting to the Material Handling Supervisor, this role is key to maintaining reliable inventory systems and efficient material flow.

• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Lead month-end inventory counts, reconciliation, and reporting
• Track inventory movement and consumption in the ERP system
• Support and maintain the WMS barcode system
• Oversee staging of raw and packaging materials for production
• Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Production, and Logistics teams
• Support batch record reviews and resolve inventory variances
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• 2+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain roles
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management (asset)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
