The RoleWe are looking for a Warehouse Associate to report to the Supervisor, Supply and Warehousing. This is a full‑time, permanent position. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, retrieving stock, packing and shipping orders, and ensuring the organization and cleanliness of all work areas within the warehouse.
What You'll Be Doing- Process orders from ERP/web systems
- Answer customer inquiries, both internal and external, by phone and email
- Perform light assembly of products
- Operate forklift and order picker
- Prepare shipping manifests; track and document shipment arrival and departure times
- Data entry in inventory and logistics software programs
- Prepare orders, pick and pack shipments
- Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts
- Process and execute warehouse transfers, adjustments, etc.
- Investigate and document inventory variances and resolutions
- Fill out waybills of lading
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment through compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Other related projects and duties as assigned
- Education: Must have completed High School and/or GED equivalent. Post‑secondary education considered an asset.
- Experience: 1‑2 years of warehouse experience is an asset.
- Skills: Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multi‑task, prioritize and meet deadlines; ability to lift, push and slide packages up to 70 lbs; ability to operate power equipment such as forklifts and walk‑ies; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to work full‑time, 40 hours per week.
Salary range: $18.00 – $21.00 CAD per hour. Experience and qualifications may be considered for a higher rate within the same role.
