Order Picker Associate

Position: Full Time Order Picker Associate
Join Grainger as a Full Time Order Picker Associate and contribute to warehouse operations with precision. This role involves operating industrial machinery and ensuring safe order fulfillment across multiple shifts.

As a vital team member in our distribution center, you will report to a DC Supervisor. Key responsibilities include picking, sorting, and packing products using proper techniques and machinery. You'll also engage with team members to maintain a clean workspace and comply with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate industrial equipment for order fulfillment

• Load and unload products with accuracy and efficiency

• Utilize scanning devices to track inventory

• Resolve discrepancies during order processing

• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and safety procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 3 years in a physically active work role

• Experience with industrial machinery like forklifts

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Pass pre-employment background check
