Location: Bolton
Take the lead in daily warehouse operations with NFI, ensuring efficient process management and team coordination. This role focuses on supervising activities related to receiving, loading, and material handling.
As the Warehouse Operations Lead, you will work closely with shift leadership to achieve daily goals and direct work assignments. This hands-on position includes responsibilities in material handling, forklift operations, and compliance with safety and productivity standards while delivering effective support to your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate receiving, put away, and loading processes
• Direct daily work assignments for warehouse staff
• Provide hands-on support with material handling tasks
• Train employees on operational SOPs and best practices
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of warehouse operations
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
Lead warehouse efficiency and safety with expertise in material handling and team coordination at NFI.
