Express GT Parts Serve Inc in Caledon East, ON, seeks a skilled Warehouse Supervisor. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, logistics, and team management across varying shifts.
In this permanent position, you will supervise daily warehouse operations, develop schedules, and coordinate activities among departments. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring smooth operation of machinery. You will also recruit, hire, and train a dedicated team of 3 to 4 employees, setting performance expectations and conducting evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create work schedules and operational procedures
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities efficiently
• Prepare and submit comprehensive operational reports
• Ensure machinery and computer equipment function smoothly
• Organize staff training and evaluate performance
Requirements:
• Fluent in English language for effective communication
• Certificate or diploma from a relevant program
• At least 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
• Supervise a team of 3 to 4 individuals
• Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure
