Join PERI as a hands-on Team Leader, overseeing yard operations to maintain high productivity and quality standards. Drive teamwork while ensuring safety in an outdoor environment.
As a Team Leader, you will direct daily operations, emphasizing accountability and excellence in service. Your responsibilities will include managing shipping, receiving, and quality control tasks while collaborating with management to align with overall goals. Fostering a safe and organized workspace will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily team activities to meet deadlines
• Ensure materials adhere to quality standards
• Maximize efficiency in labor and material usage
• Identify areas for process and procedure improvements
• Regularly check inventory for accuracy
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
• 2 years' supervisory experience required
• Previous outdoor yard experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards
• Experience with logistical coordination
