Location: Bolton
Lead efficient warehouse operations with NFI as Warehouse Operations Manager II. Manage daily workflows while ensuring safety and compliance in a large-scale facility.
This role requires overseeing a 500,000 to 1,000,000+ sq. ft. warehouse, focusing on staffing and operational excellence. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop strategic plans, manage personnel, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your background in warehouse management and operational procedures will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic operational plans with the General Manager
• Ensure timely shipping and receiving processes
• Direct warehouse supervisors' activities and personnel
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy
• Audit compliance with internal and external SOPs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business
• 7+ years supervisory experience in large warehouse settings
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA regulations
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
