DSV is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a fixed-term role covering a leave of absence. This role requires strong leadership skills and knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). You will guide logistics coordinators and warehouse staff while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse operations and administration
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client expectations
• Train staff to achieve proficiency in WMS
• Conduct daily team briefings and labor scheduling
• Verify warehouse documentation for accuracy
Requirements:
• 4-year degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in 3PL
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
