In this full-time, permanent role, you will work under the Logistics Supervisor and ensure team effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include leading continuous improvement initiatives, performing various warehouse functions, and guiding team members to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your expertise will help maintain a safe work environment and enhance operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement efforts for warehouse efficiency
• Perform loading, picking, packing, and shipping tasks
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties
• Inspire team members to improve KPIs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• One year of powered industrial truck experience
• One year of team lead experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license required
• Advanced knowledge of RF scanner required
