In this full-time, permanent role, you'll lead a dynamic team, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while meeting all safety standards. Key skills include effective leadership, organization, and communication, along with hands-on experience in warehouse functions like forklift operation, loading, and packing. You'll collaborate with the Logistics Supervisor to provide direction, allocate resources, and enhance performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
• Perform essential warehouse tasks including loading and picking
• Organize and distribute daily work assignments among team members
• Inspire team members towards achieving KPIs and growth
• Manage day-to-day warehouse paperwork
Requirements:
• One year of powered industrial truck experience
• One year of team leadership experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license certified
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with RF scanners required
