Aftersales Assistant to join our Aftersales team. This role is central to supporting our customers and ensuring they receive a responsive, efficient, and professional service after their trailer leaves the factory. Youll work closely with the Aftersales & Parts Manager across three key areas parts supply, service coordination, and warranty administration. The ideal candidate will be someone whos keen to learn all aspects of the role, with a clear path to develop into a Aftersales Manager position in the near future.

Key Responsibilities Parts Handle customer enquiries and quotations for parts. Process sales orders, purchase orders, and supplier returns. Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries. Support marketing of the King Parts range. Service Prepare job cards and ensure service records are kept up to date. Communicate progress and completion details to customers. Schedule and track preventative maintenance work for Kings rental and customer fleets.

Warranty Assist in processing warranty claims, including gathering evidence and completing documentation. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues promptly. Maintain warranty records and support reporting on recurring issues or trends. Essential:
Excellent organisation and communication skills. Good IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. A proactive, customer-focused approach. Desirable:
Experience in a parts, service, or warranty environment. Understanding of trailers, plant equipment, or heavy vehicles. Full UK driving licence. Next Steps:
