We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting day to day operations and ensuring smooth communication across the business. You will be central to keeping our office running efficiently and maintaining high standards of administration throughout the company.
Monday to Friday
- Hours:
08:30 – 17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and prioritise a high volume of emails from both clients and internal colleagues.
* Organise, maintain, and update records, files, and other documentation.
* Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
* Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy in invoicing, payroll, and credit control.
* Work closely with the Managing Director and provide administrative support to senior management.
* Register candidates on internal systems.
* Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
* Support day-to-day office administration to keep workflows running smoothly.
* Collaborate with the sales administration team to meet operational requirements.
* Monitor office supplies and order stock as needed.
Office Administrator Requirements:
* Proven experience in office administration or a similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards of accuracy.
* NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration is desirable.
* Open to training in payroll, invoicing, and credit control.
* Able to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Required Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
* Comfortable managing competing priorities and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Accurate with numbers and experienced in precise data entry.
* Ambitious, driven, and motivated to achieve results.
* Strong communicator and effective team player.
* Career oriented with a commitment to personal development and growth.
