Contract:

2 year Fixed Term Contract, 37 hours per week.

Role Overview

Senior Financial Administrator responsible for collating client charging information, arranging appointments for financial assessment officers, maintaining case management records, processing correspondence, handling public and social care queries, and issuing invoices to collect social care charging income.

Responsibilities
  • Collate information from various sources to charge clients for services received.
  • Arrange appointments for financial assessment officers.
  • Update and maintain records on case management systems.
  • Process correspondence and handle queries from the public and social care colleagues.
  • Issue invoices to collect social care charging income.
Requirements
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Accurate numeracy skills and ability to process and record information accurately.
  • Good computer and spreadsheet skills.
  • Fluency in spoken English as required for a customer‑facing role.
