Are you a Personal Assistant with a background in the building services or construction industries, looking to join a market-leading construction company that offers professional development and a supportive working environment?

On offer is a Personal Assistant role where you will provide confidential, proactive, and professional administrative support to both Managing Directors, enabling them to focus on the strategic management and growth of the business.

The postholder will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing business documentation, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the role will undertake light office management duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Head Office and provide administrative support across the wider business where required.

This company is a fast-growing building maintenance provider, carrying out refurbishments and refits for major clients across the UK, including national racecourses, commercial shops, and sports stadiums.

The Role:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and Operations Director
Proactively manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation
Take accurate meeting notes and distribute actions where required
Organise business travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring urgent matters are prioritised appropriately

The Person :

Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience
