What will you be doing as an Office Manager?Working in a busy office, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the main office, ensuring ensures that facilities, reception, systems, and administrative services operate efficiently. Duties will include:
- Managing and developing the business support team, including induction, supervision, performance management, appraisal, and training
- Set clear priorities and work planning for the team to provide delivery of admin and office services
- Managing all aspects of the office environment, escalating issues to the Facilities Manager, Health and Safety Manager, IT department and colleagues / stakeholders as needed
- Assisting with facilities-related issues, including repairs, maintenance, and security arrangements
- Monitoring stock levels and manage inventories office supplies, uniforms, and consumables
- Working with the Executive Assistant to ensure effective coordination of Executive and organisational administration
- Providing senior office and administrative support to the Executive Team, including diary planning, meeting arrangements, and travel and accommodation arrangements for senior staff where needed
- Preparing agendas, meeting papers, minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Ensuring all information, records, and documentation are managed including data retention, archiving, and records management
- Providing support to collate and coordinate information for internal governance processes and external monitoring or reporting
- Overseeing receipt recording, and monitoring of payments processed
- A salary of £29,534

- Previous experience in a similar Office Manager, PA or EA role with previous staff management or supervisory experience
- Proactve in approach with the ability to both implement and deal with change
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities

- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook and some skills in Powerpoint
