Job Description Ummah Welfare Trust, a UK-based international relief and development charity established in 2001 and grounded in Islamic principles, is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant for its Bolton head office. This is a senior administrative role providing high-level support directly to the Chairperson and senior leadership team.

You will manage the Chairperson's calendar and scheduling, handle executive-level correspondence and communications, prepare reports and briefing materials, support governance functions, and coordinate operations with program, finance, and communications departments. The role requires close collaboration across the organization and meticulous handling of sensitive information.

To succeed, you will need degree-level education or equivalent qualification, proven experience in executive-level administration and strategic/operational planning, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), the right to work in the UK, and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance. Experience in the charitable sector and familiarity with Islamic values-driven organizations are desirable.

The position offers a salary of £38,000–£45,000 per annum (depending on experience), 40 hours per week, and permanent employment.
