• Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 plus overtime and uncapped bonuses, with an OTE of £40,000 per annum.
• Monday to Friday working shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
• Only one in four Saturday mornings (8:30am–12:30pm), supporting a healthy work‑life balance.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair tasks on a variety of vehicles to high standards.
• Conduct MOT testing in accordance with DVSA guidelines.
• Assist in diagnosing faults and delivering first‑time fix solutions.
• Support the team as an MOT Technician by embracing continuous training and adapting to new automotive technologies.
• Work collaboratively within a professional, supportive workshop environment.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and manufacturer standards.

• Level 3 City & Guilds / NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Proven experience as an MOT Technician and Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealer environment.
• DVSA MOT Testing certification (desirable but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Full UK driving licence and own tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to training and development.
