Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver audits on key compliance areas, producing reports to ensure processes are effective and fit for purpose.
  • Monitor compliance performance through accurate data analysis and reporting.
  • Create and maintain written procedures and process maps to strengthen compliance processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on building and customer safety projects.
  • Deliver training and information sessions to customers and stakeholders on safety and compliance.
  • Liaise with surveyors and consultants to ensure timely completion of remedial works and risk assessments.
  • Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and ensure Health and Safety compliance.
What Youll Need To Succeed
  • Strong understanding of key compliance areas in building and customer safety.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • Ability to build productive relationships and influence effectively.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
