Supply Chain Manager

As the UKs trusted Ministry of Defence partner, our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the ISP Equipment team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving supplier performance, capability and risk management across MBDA UK programmes, supporting both established and emerging technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrated capability in internal and external supplier assessment, including business maturity, planning and control, relationship management and manufacturing excellence Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build, develop and leverage effective stakeholder networks SC21 Practitioner experience would be highly advantageous Proven negotiation and influencing capability, with confidence operating at pace and under pressure Results-driven mindset with resilience, determination and a strong focus on delivery Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and professionally at all levels of the organisation
