Working pattern: Full time
Roots Dental Laboratory is a Bolton-based UK dental lab providing high-quality crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant restorations. With a strong focus on precision and digital workflows, we support clinicians with reliable, aesthetic dental solutions.
Role SummaryThe Operations Manager will be responsible for the management and development of employees, processes, operational and behavioural standards to ensure achieve Financial/Operational and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead lab operations with the Laboratory Leader and Operations Director
- Build, develop and manage high-performing teams and culture
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and output
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GDPR and ESG standards
- Monitor financial performance and manage key stakeholder relationships
- Educated to H level or equivalent Technical Qualification
- Operations and/or Practice Management. 5 years dental sector experience
- Highly competitive salary.
