A rare opportunity to step into the heart of strategy at Exam Works UK. We’re offering a unique, one-off secondment opportunity to join the Transformation function as a Strategic Delivery Analyst
, working directly with the Head of Transformation and alongside senior leadership, including Executive and BU MD level.

This is not a typical role— opportunities like this don’t come around often. You’ll be at the center of how strategy is shaped, prioritised, and delivered across Exam Works UK—gaining first-hand experience of how senior leaders think, operate, and make decisions.

In this role, you’ll help bring strategy to life by:

• Supporting the translation of strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans
• Coordinating and tracking progress across transformation initiatives
• Preparing high-quality materials for executive forums and governance
• Providing insight into delivery performance, risks, and outcomes
• Acting as a central point of coordination across programmes and stakeholders

You’ll play a key role in creating structure, visibility, and momentum across the strategic portfolio—freeing up leadership to focus on the highest-value priorities.
