Full Time About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Service Delivery Support person to join our Functional Assessment Services (FAS) team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality operational services by coordinating reporting activity, monitoring performance information and supporting effective communication across multiple teams. Working closely with the Service Delivery Lead and wider operational stakeholders, you will help ensure contractual commitments are met while contributing to continuous improvement across the service.

- Support the preparation, validation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor service delivery performance against contractual requirements and highlight risks, issues or emerging trends.
- Maintain accurate trackers, logs and reporting records to support governance and operational decision-making.
- Work closely with Planning, MI, Assessment Centre and Clinical Operations teams to gather and validate information.
- Coordinate customer and internal requests, meetings and actions, ensuring updates are tracked and communicated effectively.
- Support the creation of forecasting information, planning administration and performance packs.
- Use Excel, Power BI and other systems to analyse data and identify operational insights.
- Review processes and procedures, recommending improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy and consistency.

- Experience in an administrative, operational support or service delivery environment.
- Experience preparing reports and working with performance data.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues, elevate appropriately and contribute to practical solutions.
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Knowledge of service delivery environments and contractual performance measures.
- Understanding of management information (MI) reporting and data quality principles.
- Awareness of governance, document control and audit requirements.
- Professional, approachable and collaborative.
