  • Improving processes: Use your operational experience to review and challenge existing Bluebook practices, ensuring they remain fit for purpose in today’s environment.
  • Embedding best practice: Support the development and documentation of updated Bluebook processes and ensure agreed SOPs are consistently implemented and embedded.
  • Improving performance: Use effective processes, coaching and continuous improvement techniques to support lower-performing depots and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Challenging the status quo: Identify opportunities to improve current ways of working and help managers and colleagues understand the benefits of adopting standardised processes.
  • Delivering measurable results: Demonstrate improvements in operational KPIs against agreed targets and timescales.
  • Coaching and capability: Lead and coach colleagues in Continuous Improvement tools and techniques, helping teams develop the skills to sustain improvements.
  • Supporting change: Work closely with Dev Ops and Client Development teams to roll out new processes across Depot Operations, ensuring solutions are practical, fit for purpose, tailored to local requirements and fully embedded.
What you’ll bring
