Hays Health & Safety are working with a busy, fast-paced production site looking for a hands-on H&S Lead who actually enjoys being out on the floor.
This isn't a desk role. You'll be visible, involved, and trusted to make a difference day-to-day across a live manufacturing environment.
Perfect for someone currently at Advisor level who's ready to step up and take ownership, with a clear route into management once embedded in the business.
What they need:- Experience in a food manufacturing, FMCG, or similar fast-paced production environment
- Strong site presence - personable, approachable, and confident engaging at all levels
- Hands-on approach to audits, risk assessments, and driving standards on the ground
- Someone who wants to progress into a leadership role
- NEBOSH General (minimum)
- Salary circa. £47.
- Real autonomy on site
- Clear pathway into management
- Support from a well-established and busy operation
