Cumberland Farms are looking for a PMO Quality and Governance Analyst to support the delivery of strong governance, quality assurance, and operational oversight across the project portfolio. Working within the PMO function, you will play a key role in maintaining project governance frameworks, supporting portfolio reporting, and ensuring project teams follow agreed processes and standards.

Thisrolewillinvolveworkingcloselywithprojectmanagersandseniorstakeholderstomaintaingovernancedocumentation,supportportfolioboards,andhelpensureprojectinformationisaccurate,accessible,and compliant.

• SupportingtheadministrationandcontinuousimprovementofPMOsystemsandtools,including
  
  Service Nowand Share Point .
• MaintainingandupdatingPMOgovernancedocumentation,includingthePMOhandbook,frameworks,andtrainingmaterials.
• Reviewingportfoliodataandprojectdocumentationtoensurealignmentwithgovernanceandcompliancestandards.
• Supporting Design Authority and Portfolio Board processes ,includingvalidatingdocumentationandmaintainingassociatedtrackers.
• Producingportfolioreports,compliance dashboards,andad-hocanalysistosupportprojectoversightanddecision-making.
• Workingcloselywithprojectmanagersandstakeholderstoimproveprojectdataqualityandgovernancecompliance.
• IdentifyingopportunitiestoenhancePMOtools,processes,andreportingtosupportcontinuousimprovement.

• Degreeorrelevantqualificationin Project Managementorarelateddiscipline .
• StrongunderstandingofPMOgovernance,project controls,andcomplianceframeworks.
• Experienceworkingwithprojectmanagementtoolssuchas Service Noworsimilarportfoliomanagementsystems .
• Experience maintaining Share Pointenvironmentsandmanaginggovernancedocumentation .
• Stronganalyticalskillswithexcellentattentiontodetail.
• Confidentcommunicationandstakeholderengagementskills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ,particularly
  
  Excel & PowerPoint.
• Aproactiveandorganisedapproachwiththeabilitytomanagemultiplepriorities.
