Sales Administrator; Forklift Batteries

Position: Sales Administrator (Forklift Batteries)
Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading provider of industrial batteries and related products. They are looking to bring on a Sales Administrator to work from their offices in Bolon and assist with all administrative tasks between the sales and customer service departments. With a competitive salary and package, this is a great opportunity for an individual with an administrative background looking to get into a new role.

Responsibilities

Carrying out all administrative tasks related to both sales and customer service from the offices in Bolton
Communicating with customers and internal colleagues via email and over the phone
Representing the company in a professional manner and always maintaining customer service
Processing orders for the sales and service teams
Reporting back to the Customer Service Supervisor Requirements

Due to the responsibilities of the position, you will ideally have experience of working in an administration role with a business which processes a high quantity of orders, however this is not essential. The company would also consider any individual with administration experience provided you have good work ethic and attention to detail. In terms of location, you will need to be based within commutable distance of Bolton.
