Bolton – £55,000 - £65,000 + package (dependent on experience)

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team. You will play a key role in managing costs across a variety of projects, from fit‑out works to reactive and planned maintenance contracts.

• Managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects from inception through to final account
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
• Negotiating contracts and managing subcontractor procurement
• Monitoring project costs, valuations, and variations
• Producing accurate financial reports and forecasts
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to commercial targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Supporting the wider team in driving profitability and efficiency

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction, fit‑out, or facilities management
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience working with subcontractors and negotiating contracts
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• A proactive and hands‑on approach
• Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar preferred)
